Preparing Tomorrow's Scholars

Our PhD program prepares rigorous researchers, scholars, and educators to advance the field of social welfare and social work practice.

Students may enroll in courses at other universities in the area through a regional consortium.

Our Latinx Leadership Initiative—which educates future social workers to work with Latinx communities—includes a research seminar for doctoral students interested in working with Latinx populations.
