Carley Lubarsky, MSW, LICSW, teaches Leadership and Social Transformation at Boston College School of Social Work. Carley earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst and her MSW from Boston University School of Social Work.
Carley is the Vice President of Mental Health Services for Bay Cove Human Services, Inc., where she leads the development, operation, quality improvement, and fiscal operations for a full spectrum of community-based and emergency services programs. Prior to this this role, much of her career has been dedicated to emergency psychiatric services, providing evaluation, treatment, and follow-up to individuals in crisis.
Carley's current focus is on social work leadership and workforce development, preparing and encouraging social work professionals to take on positions of leadership.
