Brandy Henry, PhD, MA, MSW, LICSW, is an experienced clinician providing direct services to persons with severe mental illness involved with the criminal justice system. Her research interests are focused on exploring policies and practices to improve outcomes for this population. Current research includes an exploration of social determinants of incarceration, as well as work with the National Institute on Drug Abuse funded Brandeis Health Plan Survey, Juvenile Justice Translational Research on Interventions for Adolescents in the Legal System (JJ-TRIALS) studies. She serves on multiple professional advisory committees and community non-profit boards of directors.
