Sexual Trauma; Gender Equity & Justice; Group Therapy
Rachel DiBella, LICSW, is a part-time faculty member in the School of Social Work with a specialization in trauma, gender equity and gender justice issues. Rachel has been serving in these areas of social work for more than a decade, across legal, healthcare and higher education environments. Rachel currently oversees gender equity education at Harvard University and previously served as Assistant Director of the Women's Center at Boston College. Rachel's private practice, WakingMinds.org, focuses on stabilization and stewardship for survivors of sexual trauma through psychotherapy, consultation and training for groups ranging from faith-based organizations to teaching hospitals.
