We are excited to offer the following highlighted programs and services:
- Reflect & Refresh for the New Year
Set your intentions for 2021 by completing our 21 Day Winter Wellness Challenge and intention setting worksheet to center your mind, body, & soul with daily activities foster holistic wellbeing.
- Journey to Wellness: In collaboration with the Women's Center, University Counseling Services, and BC Recreation, we will be offering opportunities to participate in our virtual Journey to Wellness initiative, focusing on caring for your Mind, Body, and Soul.
- Wellness Coaching: Students can sign up for individual wellness coaching to develop personal goals and strategies to improve health behaviors in the areas of BeWell, NourishWell, and ChooseWell.
- Virtual Check Ins: Journey with us! Please be in touch to talk with a staff member about your health and wellness. We are here to support you and provide other helpful resources to care for your well-being.
